⚡ FLASH FIX

Some clients with older versions of KEY-TRADE may find that when attempting to customize the device using SDCX Tech or set.key-trade.net, it appears as "Bootloader" instead of "SIDE-KEYBOARD". This happens because the device has become locked during the customization process. The KEY-TRADE comes pre-configured from the factory and its setup does not need to be modified, except for integration with TradingView.

Don't worry. You can recover it using our FLASH FIX tool. Connect your KEY-TRADE to your PC, open the Flash tool, and reinstall the firmware to unlock it.

Can I use the same EA for PRO and MINI?

No. Each device has its own software version and specific configuration.

Therefore, the EA MINI does not work on PRO, and the EA PRO does not work on MINI.
